Trish Cosplay Preview

This cosplay has been on my list of cosplays to do since before I even started cosplaying! I have always loved Trish from Devil May Cry, even when I was a young child, and I FINALLY cosplayed one of my favorite childhood characters! I changed around how the design is for the corset a little bit; I went for more of a cross between her outfits in DMC 1 & 4, since I couldn't decide which one I liked more XD If I could change one thing about this cosplay, I would change how much planning went into it. I decided literally like 2 weeks before the convention that I was going to bump up the cosplay debut from mid-February to the beginning of January! Because I did this, I did not have time to make a lot of the cosplay myself, like I normally prefer to do. I can see myself remaking at least the corset (I didn't make the corset, but I appliqued all of the designs onto it) in the near future and making the embellishments a little bit nicer and more sturdy. I also had the problem of the corset being too big for me! I had the corset fully closed, and IT WAS STILL LOOSE ON MY WAIST!!! Seriously, I don't know what's up with my proportions, but I can never get anything to fit right on my torso lol

Oh, also, the guns are named Luce and Ombre which stand for Light and Shadow in Italian respectively. I bought some air-soft guns off of Ebay in plain black. Then I painted them BY HAND to match the screenshots that I found. Not going to lie, the most annoying part was painting on the calligraphy for Luce and Ombra...acrylics and cursive do not mix well lol
