Thank you so much! We really tried to keep the natural elegance of the elves in the shoot, and I'm so glad you appreciate it! She really was one of my favorite characters to cosplay, so it brightened my day to read your amazing comments; I even shared a screen cap of them on my fanpage lol
You have the most pale and milky skin I've ever seen. You could walk into Lothlorien and no one would take you for anything other than an elf! Please tell me, do you use make up, or special creams? The color is just magnificent, I'm so jealous! (sorry to gush, but it's really lovely)
Thank you! I actually didn't use any specialty makeup to achieve this look. The main thing that made me look very milky was the photographer; she used a special filter. We also shot during a cloud day, so there was less light to brighten my skin.
Another thing that made my skin appear paler was a combination of the wig color and makeup techniques I used. I naturally have pale skin and very bright lips with bright eyes that contrast against my natural skin tone. I played that up with my makeup. Instead of foundation, like I usually use for Cosplay shoots, I used BB Cream this time; it made my skin a bit dewy and reflective. Then I accentuated my bright lips against my pale skin with a bright pink lipstick. For the eyes, I did minimal makeup to make them pop more against my skin. I hope that explained everything
Thank you! I got my wig from [link] I lucked out when I bought it; it was on sale lol. You just have to have A LOT of blonde colored bobby pins to pin the bangs properly. The wig hair is also really soft; it feels like real hair, which surprised me.
